All athletes will play in the division of their age as of Aug 1, 2025.
*Tackle football is for athletes ages 5-14
All registration is completed online. Check back here for updated registration form.
All fees are due at or prior to the last sign-up date: July 1st
*Fees include all certified & inspected equipment, as well as game uniforms.
*You will be responsible for mouthpiece, cleats, & athletic support.
Pop Warner Medical Form, Pop Warner Player Contract, Parent/Player code of conduct, & 4th quarter report card (if applicable), & copy of birth certificate MUST be turned in on or before July 15th.
*All athletes are required to meet a minimum GPA in order to play

If you have not done so already, you will be prompted to create an account and select the grade in which your child will be going into in the Fall of the current year. You will also need to upload a picture of your child and upload their birth certificate. These are required fields. It will not let you finish registering until you complete this.
Also please upload all required forms under the "Forms" Tab. These forms and the report card must be turned in by the start of the season, July 15th.
